Chat GPT character limit

I am trying to feed Chat GPT some info so it can give me a summary and critique but it keeps displaying a violation error and the only option I get is to acknowledge. It allows me to paste the text in chunks but that also presents errors after a while. Does anyone have a way for me to feed it a huge amount of data?
