Need Life Advice

Currently doing articleship in delhi and hopefully will complete CA course in upcoming 2-3 years. My father pased away few years back And i have only my mother and sister . My little sister will complete her schooling in 2 years and will have to left home for further studies And my mom will be left alone I am worried weather i should go back to my hometown and settle there but that is a tier-3 city with no career opportunities or settle in delhi to grow my career My mom recently built our house in our hometown and i know she won't left her house because it's new and it took lot of money My hometown is 4-5 hrs away from delhi I am confused now how to manage my career and personal life Because i am too stressed about my mom, she did a lot for me Advices will be appreciated.
