Principal approval - CA Final exam form

I had submitted my exam form few days back and it is still awaiting principal approval. I spoke to my principal and she is saying she will approve but yet she has not.

Can anyone please let me know if there is any deadline for principal approval or any issues will arise if principal doesn't approve or approves post 20th which is the submission date of exam form
