Humans under Chaos

Random lore question: do we have much info about the lives of ordinary people who follow Chaos, either within the Imperium or the Eye. We get so much about the marines and daemons, but what about the slaves or corrupted guardsmen? Any source recommendations, especially books, would be appreciated.
