Pope Francis and EP Bartholomew

I know Pope Francis and EP Bartholomew have been on good terms lately. If they were to enter into full communion what would happen to the EOC under Bartholomew? Would they still be considered Orthodox but in communion with the pope or would they be eastern catholics?
