Itchy winter skin?

Does anyone else’s houla get red itchy skin in the winter? Ours has gotten some on her belly/armpit area recently and has been itching and licking more than usual. The skin isn’t raised or flakey, just red. Curious if anyone else has experienced this & if anything has helped!

PS we are keeping an eye on it and will call the vet if we notice any changes or her itching gets significantly worse :)
