We call her Thumbs cause she's polydactyl and has two extra thumbs 👍
Thumbs walked into my life 2 years ago from the CDS on a bright May afternoon. It was Memorial day, and she was lounging on the side of the road under a Forsythia bush. As I always do whenever I see a cat/dog outside, I stopped my car and pulled over to look for signs of distress. Sadly, they were there. The poor little lady had a horrible abcess on her arm (probably from a fight with another animal) that ended up requiring some minor surgery and drains that we needed to care for once we brought her back to the house. Because we already had 4 others felines from the CDS, she ended up living in our upstairs bathoom until she was free of parasites and cleared from the vet to be introduced. Here she is two years later happy as a clam to be an indoor cat.
