Moving from Philippines to US, best way to bring 7 cats with us?

My fiance will be moving to the US soon and we'll be bringing our furbabies with us. I am terrified of having them fly and traveling internationally with them.

• Any advice on what airlines to use for bringing them with us, things we should have in regards to getting them on the plane and through customs?
• Suggested carriers?
• Where do the cats go on the flight?
• Will they be in the cabin with us or cargo?
