Pinagpyestahan ng lamok, bites still stayed after more than 24 hours. How do I get rid of these? 😭

First pic was about 1-2 days ago when the bites were fresh, 'di ko alam ginawa na pala akong lechon ng mga lamok habang madalim. I was so sleepy and wearing a dress while nakatambay sa bench. I counted the bites and it's 54+ 😭

Second pic is just now, andito pa rin yung bites and itchy siya. Is this permanent? Magpepeklat ba 'to huhu how do i get rid of these marks on my thigh? Thank you!
