How do some people make friends so easily?

I don’t get it. It just seems so easy for some and not others. I’ve even seen people standing around minding their business get cold approached and… boom, they’re now friends with the other person. Then I see other people who will approach others, time and time again, but will never make a connection.

Like what? It doesn’t make sense.
