Anyone know which case this was?

There was a teen girl, I believe blonde, who had an obsessed classmate that invited her over and cornered her and told her to strip nude while holding a knife to her. She escaped and he got charged being immediately released to a house down the road and promised he’d kill her but they still let him out. He showed up to the house with a weapon and her mom opened the door but ran. The daughter was killed in the backyard. I think this case was in the UK.
