Renting out my car to uber/rapido

I have Tata Tiago petrol variant 2019 model.

I live in a tier 3 city where there is no uber/rapido rides in whole city but people do have money for booking cabs

I drive my car literally like 1-2 times in a month when we are going somewhere, in these 5-6 years total km is like 22000.

So, it stays in home for long duration

I'm thinking of getting my car registered with uber/rapido and I will hire a driver whom I know personally and planning to give him his commission and not a fixed salary

From what I have researched, uber takes 25% as commission

After some rides I can fix a good percentage as commission for the driver

Please provide ideas/tips on potential earnings and critique my plan above.
