Suggestions needed: Gifting car to dad

Hey! As the title says, I’m looking to gift my dad a car and want some suggestions given his scenario.

Currently he drives an AMT IGNIS (almost 6 years old) which he loves! Given the small size of the car, he can manoeuvre the car easily in city area and the car is decent enough for highways as well.

With an on road budget of 10 Lacs, which cars should I look at?

Usage will be:

1. Mainly city driving 70%-75%
2. Has to be an automatic
3. He likes high height seating
4. Safety features must (while I’m not sure in 10 lac what all you can get)
5. Average of 25-40 kms a day (seeing that Ignis did 60K kms in appx 6 years)
6. Compact car, so he can easily drive / park in crowded spaces
