AMC repot

I’m currently selling my car however this person is asking me to get an AMC report, I’ve never heard of one until now, I’ve heard of PPSR but that’s it, this is my first car I’m selling btw. Anyways I’ve seen a few scams of people sending links like this I’m sure not all are scams but anyone know if this is legit and if the site is legit? I asked him why he can’t just do it and he told me the seller should do it
