Hyundai Dealership not honouring promotion offer
So I just bought a new Ioniq 5 N, under the 4 year service + free wall box charger/$1500 Evie voucher. I had initially wanted the charger with the vehicle order form stating that I needed strata approval to install the charger. I called them later and said I would change to the Evie voucher. On vehicle delivery I was told that the voucher would be emailed to me. Well now they're saying I don't have either the 4 years free servicing nor the voucher/wall box. After a few emails they reluctantly gave me the servicing. Is there any recourse in getting the credit? I have been advised to go to Hyundai customer care and the ACCC.
