Stewards or Staff that speak your language?

So we're cruising in a week on the Dream, my wife and I, some friends, and my in-laws. Now my in-laws are Vietnamese from Vietnam - they know some English but for like, explaining things on the ship and whatnot. are there any services available? They want to be by themselves for the most part... So I'm wondering if the ship had someone could send over someone to help with that - or am I reaching too high here?

I want for them to have an enjoyable time - But I also want to have an enjoyable time (with my wife) not to be selfish, but a little bit yeah.

Has this ever been addressed by any non-English speaking cruisers?
