Untaxed vehicle ticket for a car on SORN

Got this put on my van yesterday that's been SORNed since 1st November. It's parked at my work, in a private (not public) factory car park. It's not being driven as it needs some work doing to it.

In Scotland (east kilbride) if that matters.

What do I do here? There's no contact details on it, and the van hasn't been driven. Wait to get a fine in the mail then have to fight it?
