Chin/pullups and dips on seperate days?

Hi everyone

I have a workout schedule consisting of weighted close grip chinups and normal pullups every other day. On my rest days, I have started on dips for chest and shoulders. Do you think it will be okay, regarding rest days? Do all muscle groups get proper rest that way? Im asking because Ive heard that close grip chinups activate pecs as a secondary muscle - and in that sense it is getting activated two days in a row?
