"What’s one thing that’s helped you cope with flashbacks or triggers?
My flashbacks and triggers can be so overwhelming, and I’ve been trying to find new ways to cope when they hit. Some days feel like a huge struggle, but I’ve noticed a few things that help me in those tough moments— grounding techniques, breathing exercises, sometimes if they aren't bafld, by distracting myself with a good show or movie. I’d love to hear some maybe different ideas because I feel like I've tried everything and I'm even on meds. What’s a technique or activity that’s helped you manage your flashbacks or triggers? I’ll literally try anything at this point.
