What is the CPTSD coping starter pack?

I’m relatively new to this sub and the concept of CPTSD itself—I only discovered a few months ago that I have it.

I’m going through some really tough transitions: going NC with both parents, quitting my job, and breaking up with my partner. I don’t have anyone to talk to, no finances for therapy, and my only resource is the internet. But even that feels overwhelming and discouraging because of the amount of negative info and advice, and some impossible ones for me, which almost always ends with, “Get therapy.”

I would really appreciate some “onboarding” here. What coping mechanisms or tools have you found most helpful for managing CPTSD? Or any advice on similar situations to mine? Any life-changing perspectives/ lifestyle changes/ additional subreddits would you recommend?
