First night!
Hi everyone! So last night was my first time using a CPAP after being diagnosed with severe OSA. My ahi was 63 and change I believe.
I wore the mask awake for a good 90 - 120 minutes to get acclimated before sleep and otherwise kept it on until waking up in the morning.
For the first time is a while my partner was able to sleep next to me and not be awoken by my snoring!
I don't really have any questions other than what to take away from these stats?
My only observation so far is that my nose was definitely a little sore feeling this morning but that's not a big deal. I was concerned about mouth breathing but I don't think it wound up being an issue.
And when I woke up I noticed a few droplets of water in the nose pillow pieces of my mask. Is that "rainout"? Do I need to do anything about it?
Thank you so much for any advice, tips, reassurance etc!!!
