Anyone else find that using a CPAP machine greatly helps incontinence?

Been using CPAP machine 1 week. Unexpectantly, I went from getting up 7 times a night to pee to just once in the middle of the night when I use the CPAP. That’s great but seems bizarre. How the heck are CPAP use and the need to pee related? … 71m
