Just attended ISB’s Delhi session on the PGP-YL
They clarified many doubts. Sharing a few bullet points here. If you have any questions drop them in the comments, I might be able to answer them. Here you go:
Applicants can apply in 2 rounds. R1 starts on 11 Oct and ends of 15 Dec. R2 starts in March.
Batch size will be close to 140. Max work experience can be 24 months by 15 June 2025 for the first batch.
There will be a foreign student-exchange program this time, like IIMs.
SIPs start in December, with the 8 week internship commencing in April.
Applicants can enter multiple test scores, and ISB will pick the best one (CAT/GMAT/GRE)
Those who will be applying with CAT score in R1 will be giving their CAT Reg. ID, and ISB will fetch scores once results are out.
R1 calls by Jan end, final results by March.
YLP and EEO are now scrapped. Current cycles’s applicants of these programs will be given the chance to join the normal PGP only.
40-50% of the batch will get scholarships.
No criteria given as to comparing CAT and GMAT scores. But they said we can expect GMAT scores to be in the same range of other ISB programs. The median for these programs was 710 GMAT Classic or 645 GMAT FE.
Covered main points. If you have other doubts, comment. All the best🤞
