Is reading aeon essay necessary to develop comprehension skills for RC

I read one rn and these essays are so long that some of the paragraphs are going above my head. I'm constantly googling each and every word in order to understand whats written because the words used here are so complex. Doing this is taking me around 45 mins ( sometimes even an hour) to read + understand + look up the meaning of one essay so I was wondering ki itna hard aata hai kya in CAT rc
