Hello guys,

I had my interview today, 6th Feb afternoon slot

My profile- 8/8/7 GNEM, Work Ex - 1 year, I want to specialize in HR, NMAT score - 251

WAT Topic - What should be the role of b-schools in forming the ethical and moral compass of future business leaders

Watson-Glaser Test is standard Critical Reasoning stuff so I think it was okay

PI - They said all interviews would be 10-12 mins long, mine was probably 7 mins xD

2 panelists, both pretty old (M & F)

M: Tell us about your work ex?

Me: Told

F: Don't you feel like HR Is a dying field with lesser and lesser roles?

Me: Explained with examples key HR roles can't be automated as of now. Explained how gen AI can lead to creation of roles in AI strategy and consultancy wherein HR exist. (Some other additional bs I told)

M: Asked me about my gap year in 2023, CAT score and which other colleges I've got calls from

Me: Told

M: What role can HR play to cater to the mental well being of especially youngsters joining the workforce

Me: Told how I'd plan and enforce mental wellness programmes, how counselling is being included in employee insurance etc.

And that was it.

My thoughts - The interview was towards the end and was super short. I feel that my score helped me a bunch. Interviewers responded well to my answers and seemed mostly satisfied. Let's see what happens.
