Need advice and tips on my prep CAT2023

I (22F) am from a bcom background(2022) from one of the top colleges in the country;7-graduation; 79%-10 and 76%-12. Have had some difficult times in the gap now and didn't prepare at all throughout. Have procrastinated a lot. Currently I did start preparing with very less hope and confidence. I have UA subscription and times physical material and that's what I do. See concept videos and do practice questions and trying to finish the syllabus by September end. And then focus on PYQs and Mocks+sectionals for October and November. I don't know where will this take me but some solid advices and reality check would be nice. Is the strategy enough? Is the time left for the exam enough? Am I overestimating that it's easy to finish the syllabus by September? Do I have a scope to get into top 20-30 colleges? I know IIMs are difficult and I don't even have hopes for it. But I do want a good top bschool.
