Onkyo HT-R693 with 5.1 speakers, $300. Can I do better?

$300 Canadian pesos for the set on FB marketplace.

Currently have Kanto YU6 speakers and a very nice polk subwoofer - I just want a nice 3.1 setup for now so that I can have a center channel (and finally HEAR movie dialogue!)

The guy claims everything works perfect and includes the remote. Deal or no deal?
