booking disappeared

So im flying with BA in two weeks and when i first booked my holiday, the app worked fine and i didnt have any doubts, but now my flight has been rescheduled which BA did not contact me about at all and the app does not want to show me any of my flights. The automated customer service phone did not help me in any way so i just want to see if people who have been in my situation know what to do next??
