Saagar argument on the LA Fires is a joke.

He says there's a culture in California where companies are picking unqualified people due to an emphasis on Diversity Equity and Inclusion. In which case, if your argument is that firemen are underperforming due to reduced qualifications to perform, then you should have plenty examples.

There's not a single example of incompetent firemen in the field fighting the fires right now. Not a single one among the thousands of Firemen currently in the field in California.

If your argument is that DEI is reducing standards and people are underperforming, then you should be able to provide examples. If you can't, then you argument about DEI is moot and not evidence based at all.
