Ultra plan pointless on mobile

Ultra plan still won't let u increase the bit rate to more that 10. The image quality is very blurry and makes the game look like a mess. No point of this 4 k if you can't even see anything. Other streaming services have much higher bit rate for mobile why can't boosteroid have higher?
