This is a super good glitch right?

I’m buying a 2019 Chevy bolt EV Premiere with 46k miles on it…. I ran the VIN and it qualifies for the battery recall. I confirmed with the dealer and GM that the battery recall has not been used and is fully valid for it. I drive 1500+ miles a week. I’m going to purchase the vehicle. Use it for the next 60k miles or so and then when I’m done using up the defective battery I’m going to finally go and get the fresh battery and practically have a fresh start and just have to worry about possible transmission costs and should realistically be good to use this car for a very very long time. There is currently no limited time frame to submit or complete the recall. If there is something I’m missing here please chime in. But I feel like I caught a glitch
