Any Malaysians that buy games from this? Is it a bit complicated?

So the context here is that I'm planning to buy an old game from 2008 (SPORE™ Collection) from this thingy instead of Steam because people said to not buy the Steam version due to some issues.

But then I've ran into some issues. Firstly, all the price listings are in USD and the payment options are limited.
