OKAY, we all hear of adopted Toga or Monoma is related to Toga but what about... Tamaki is related to Toga?

Hear me out, perhaps they have the same kind of quirk but while one is more oriented toward animals and mutations, the other is toward humans and other kind of quirks. Aka: Tamaki can drinks human blood for powers (he never developed in that direction cus Tamaki).
