Using quotes to search exact phrases not working

Does anyone else have problems with wrapping a phrase in quotes NOT resulting in search results pointing to exact uses of the phrase the way it does with other search tools?

At first I was like “ok, maybe Bluesky simply doesn’t have that search feature, w/e”, but I just looked it up and apparently it’s supposed to support searching phrases via quotation marks. What’s going on?
