Does the Blue Line still swap nameplates on Adidas jerseys?

You can probably guess whose jersey I'm trying to swap the name on.

Hoping to replace it with my last name, stitched in the same style as the Adidas jerseys. If they still offer this service, any idea on how long it takes and if they would need to send it off to their vendor?
