Leave in conditioner recommendation for fine low porosity high density 4c hair?

Please if anyone can recommend a leave in conditioner for fine low porosity 4c hair that is highly dense that would be great! 🫶🏾

I’ve been looking at leave-in products from Kinky Curly Knot Today and As I am but I’m not sure what’s good or not.

Also, should I be using lightweight products (any product in general) with this hair type?
