Putting on weight

Hey guys I’m trying to put on weight and build muscle. I don’t like eating but force myself to and I walk 10k steps or more a day at work. I feel like my progress at the gym is very slow because of this. How do you guys deal with this problem if you are familiar with this? I also try to eat healthy when I do eat and generally healthy foods are lower in calories so that doesn’t help my situation for weight gain. Any suggestions/tips will be appreciated!
