Eating healthy

How do you guys eat healthy 7 days a week? I need recommendations. I’m good during the week but on the weekends, I’m out of town and resort to fast food because I’m not staying at my house so I don’t have the luxury of just cooking meals also I am always busy doing the things I enjoy on the weekend, I can’t imagine spending time cooking healthy meals in between my busy day. I feel it’s a massive setback for me because I eat good during the week, hit the gym, then just decide to eat like only 2 meals on Saturday and Sunday, like I almost starve myself in fear of eating crap food so I end up losing weight feeling skinny while I’m trying to bulk. Any recommendations?
