Is the era of bringing food to BH over?

Last KN I was prohibited to bring two sealed packages of nuts(🚫💦 ; ✅️🥜) inside. It's the first time that happened, and I have read some posts about it.

Is there any official news/unofficial rumour about this I might have missed? Can't find anything on the website
