Is it common
Lately, I’ve been feeling down every day, like I’m missing something but can’t quite figure out what it is. It’s confusing because I haven’t really changed my habits, but nothing seems to click.
I’ve stopped watching Prime since New Year’s, and Netflix has been out of the picture for over 8 months. JioCinema? Nah, I don’t get hooked—too many ads. Hotstar is mostly taken over by my parents watching serials. Right now, I barely watch YouTube, and when I do, it’s for gaining knowledge related to my work.
But here’s the thing—I still feel like everything has slowed down. My focus is there, but my energy and excitement are not.
Is this a normal phase that happens to everyone? Or am I missing something else that’s holding me back? Would love to hear your thoughts or experiences!
