An objective observation of Ellie and Bri

Ellie: I’m the 2nd stew, you can’t talk back to me.

Aesha to Ellie: I need you to— Ellie interrupts: Well I can’t/didn’t because…

Ellie: You need to keep a notebook of everything down here

Bri keeps a notebook so she can remember

Ellie: “Bri is writing down all the laundry crimes to blame me.”

Bri messes with Joe after Ellie tells her they’ll just see what happens. Ellie is upset.

Ellie to Bri: I’m just upset right now. I need some space. Bri apologizes and walks away.

Bri is upset about guest cabins not being done. Ellie, instead of taking a break, follows her from room to room.

Bri to Ellie: I just feel like you did this on purpose and that really upsets me. I just can’t talk to you right now, “if that’s okay.” Ellie continues to follow Bri and refuses to give her space, demanding an apology.

My analysis: Ellie thinks life is a game and she’ll act, say, do whatever to convince her boss she’s the best, win over the guy, be the hottest, and have the most praise.

My personal preference: yucky. You’re missing just being authentic and totally yourself, girl! Bri needs to mature and grow, but at least she’s real.

Since Ellie clearly has no wherewithal to recognize her passive agressive, manipulative behavior, “I’ve got the receipts.”
