Withdrawal from school

I’m currently a student at Loyalist college. I want to drop out because of financial issues and I’m not happy with the program. I completed the first semester already and now in the second semester. I already filled out an online form to request it and sent it in a few days ago. Is that all I need to do to drop out and get my money back? I haven’t heard from them at all I emailed a few days ago and I haven’t heard back.
