Bearded or water dragon

Hi all. As the heading asks, is this guy a bearded dragon? Or a water dragon. I just caught him in front yard as we live in a complex with many cats that are allowed to roam. I’d hate for him to get killed, and will place him in bushland beside the complex.

I’ve fed it two grasshoppers from the bushes he was laying on and he consumed with gusto.

I will be releasing but gosh he’s cute!
