Beads aren’t straight after rinsing stabilizer off

This is my first time embroidering with beads and my first time working with tshirt material. After washing the stabilizer off the stem isn’t straight anymore. Is there a way to fix this? Anyone have any idea what I did wrong? Thank you in advance!
