Things you have saved up and never used

Other than the many many potions and very nice spell scrolls, are there any cool things that you have hung onto for far too long and never used?

The item you get from the Zhentarim caravan that apparently is a large creature - stole it many times, never used it.

A certain war horn - always get it, never use it. I'm always saving it for another big fight just in case.

Has anyone used their once a game Divine Intervention power yet? I have no idea what it does.
