Bravetart’s Cheesecake
I love the cheesecake recipe from Bravetart by Stella Parks. I made it this year for a friend’s birthday. It is topped with wild Oregon grape jelly that I made from berries I foraged in the summer, sugared rosemary and cranberries, and dehydrated oranges. To serve, I saved the simple syrup that was now infused with rosemary and cranberry and mixed it in with the remaining jelly to make a delicious and aromatic syrup. Delicious!
