Tdap and Family/Friends Visiting

What is everyone’s rules around the tdap and family and friends visiting newborn baby? We are asking our friends and family to get the tdap if they intend to see baby in the first three months. We have gotten push back from one set of grandparents so far…

Am I being ridiculous making this a requirement? I am getting the tdap myself of course during pregnancy, but our dr recommended others be up to date on it too to be extra cautious if they will be around baby as a newborn.

Help!
