Are my symptoms due to B12 deficiency?

Hello, everyone,

I hope you're all well. I would genuinely appreciate your help with answering this question. For more than 2 years, I've felt buzzing in my feet. This buzzing largely focuses on the knuckles of the fingers of my feet (which I always used to crack). Additionally, whenever I cross my legs, the buzzing turns into pins and needles within one minute.

Another symptom of mine is that I sometimes feel an electric sensation when I do big motions with my arms.

I was borderline deficient for roughly 4 years (value always around 200, with a high methylmalonic acid value). However, I'm at the stage where I don't know if my neurological symptoms are due to the deficiency (I've been supplementing for the past 4 months and started EOD injections 20 days ago with cyano and methyl). Since I've started supplementations, I also experience burning feet after I walk.

Have you had the symptoms I'm describing? Do you think they sound like typical B12 deficiency symptoms?

Other possible symptoms that could be due to the deficiency are fatigue and brain fog. I am 24M.

Thank you all for your help.
