nsfw question

i have been taking auvelity twice a day for about a month and it’s been total sexual dysfunction for me like nothing works down there (pre op trans mtf) is there anything i can do to counter this side effect? if i skip my doses for about two or three days that solves the problem temporarily but i definitely don’t feel the best if i do so im wondering if there is any better solution?
