Job interview prep

I have a job interview next week for a stage 2 or stage 3 position at an inner city school in Sydney.

I feel I’ve often tanked interviews and not made it through to getting the position based on my answers. I feel a bit of pressure to give them what they want to hear, when I don’t even know what is. I get exam style stress in the hot seat and I think it shows.

I’m a confident teacher and have had 7 years experience. However, I tank under pressure in interviews.

Any ideas for any interview prep and how I could nail the questions? There’s no criteria set for the position and it was simply a CV based position.

Glad I got called up for interview, but I want to nail this one and get a position.

Any advice is appreciated 🙏
